What is a Hyperzone pass?

A Hyperzone pass is a wristband that permits the wearer to ride the new Aztec themed slides Montazooma and Aztec Falls plus Masterblaster and Sidewinder.

Do you have lockers and how much are they?

Yes, there are lockers in all the changing rooms and some located on the pool side. All lockers require a 50p refundable deposit, change machines can be found at the entrance to the changing rooms.

Do you have changing rooms?

Yes, there are female, male and family changing rooms available.

How much will it cost if I want to spectate and not swim?

There is not a special rate for spectators as there is so much to do within Sandcastle Waterpark and the attraction is all under one roof. However, if we feel that your case is valid our reception team will discuss options with you on the day of your visit.

Are there any special discounts?

Yes, our OAPs, disabled guests and their carers will receive a discount of the standard admission price.

Do you hire out swimming costumes / towels?

Yes, if you have forgotten your swimwear or towels you can hire them from our Swimwear shop for £2.50 per item or £4.00 for a towel and costume with a £5.00 refundable deposit.

Can I bring my own food?

We do not permit picnicking within the pool area due to:

- Health & Safety i.e. guests bringing glass, crockery, sharp utensils and metal tins etc which can break and cause a risk to other guests feet.

- The fact that we serve food inside the waterpark. There are a great selection of catering outlets available and specialist diets can be catered for. If you have any special dietary requirements please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.

I have younger children in my family / group is there anything for them to do apart from the slides?

Sandcastle Waterpark has been designed to entertain the whole family including limited swimmers. There are a great selection of attractions available for our younger visitors, underconfident or novice swimmers to enjoy.

Are there any parking facilities?

Sandcastle Waterpark is located on the South Beach which is equipped with a pay and display car park. Prices for parking vary throughout the year from £5.00 for upto 3 hours.
