Guests are admitted to the Sandcastle Waterpark subject to the regulations (a copy of which is available on request).
Tickets are not transferable and cannot may not be sold or passed to any third party. However, Sandcastle Waterpark reserves the right to transfer tickets to another date at any time if it is deemed necessary i.e. Essential maintenance is required.
All persons entering the park must have a unique ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER that must be retained during your visit.
Those purchasing disabled tickets will be asked to produce proof of disability, for example Blue Badge holders or a letter from the DWP. For more information on our disability policy please contact us for further information
Please note that tickets purchased on-line are discounted. All ticket prices displayed here are only available when making a booking on-line.
