In order to reopen and ensure we are COVID-19 secure, Sandcastle Waterpark has had to make significant changes to it’s operational procedures. Before making your booking, please read the Information below which details the additional measures we have put in place for the safety of our Team Members and Guests. All guests are required to adhere to all new procedures for visiting. Please take the time to read the Information below before making your booking.
All guests are required to book online in advance of their visit. Sorry – we cannot admit guests without an online booking. If you, or any member of your party has symptoms of COVID-19, please do not book to visit Sandcastle Waterpark. Please call NHS 111 and seek medical assistance.
Sandcastle Waterpark has implemented a range of additional measures for the safety and well being of our team members and guests. To view these, please click here. When you visit, we politely ask that you adhere to all of the additional measures that are in place. All guests have a responsibility to abide by these measures as part of our terms and conditions of entry and in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit. So, please follow keep left signs, use the social distancing markers in place at slides and queue areas and ensure that you are keeping 2m apart from other guests when in the pools and changing areas.
New operational procedures mean that Guests can now enjoy a 3 hour session with one, inclusive admission price which includes all slides and attractions* (*Age, height and weight restrictions apply on some slides and attractions). Once your session has expired, an announcement will be made and you will be required to leave the Waterpark.
Due to significantly limited capacity on all sessions, please ensure that you book the correct session time as bookings, once made, are strictly non transferrable and non refundable.
