Our Accessible Evening sessions offer a calmer, more relaxed way to enjoy the waterpark in a supportive environment.

The waterpark is open exclusively for a reduced-capacity session, with loud sounds and music removed. Dedicated Water Ambassadors are available throughout the event to support guests and enhance their experience.

Ride access is carefully managed to help create a more comfortable atmosphere, with selected attractions operating during the session.

Free essential companion entry is available for guests presenting a valid Access Card.

These sessions are designed for guests who may find standard operating conditions overwhelming, including those with sensory sensitivities, autism, anxiety, or other additional needs.
