Group organiser information

Admission Price

Admission prices are per person and for a 3 hour session time. Session time availability will be advised at the time of enquiry. Each session time has a maximum capacity; therefore, to secure a session time, full payment is required. Admission includes all slides and attractions in the Waterpark. Age, height and weight restrictions apply on some waterslides:

• Sidewinder and Duelling Dragons – minimum 6 years of age AND 1.1m or taller.
• Master Blaster, Montazooma and Aztec Falls – minimum 8 years of age AND 1.2m or taller.

Sandcastle Waterpark will not permit guests to ride the above slides unless both age and height requirements are met.

• Primary School pupils (10 years and under) – £19.95 per session (3 hours).
• Primary School pupils – Water supervision will be required for some pupils based on age and swimming ability.
• Secondary School pupils (11 years and older) – £19.95 per session (3 hours).
• Secondary School pupils – Water supervision may be required for some pupils if swimming ability is weak or if non swimmers are visiting.

Teacher Admissions

One teacher per 10 pupils will be admitted free of charge and must be present in the Waterpark as point of contact for pupils during their visit.

Meal Deal

Is our hot lunch option. Guests can choose from a variety of burgers served with fries and a soft drink. Side salad alternative to fries available. Zero sugar drinks available.

Gluten free, Vegetarian and Vegan options available by pre order. Please advise us at the time of booking if anyone in your group has special dietary requirements and we will be happy to arrange suitable options for them.

Changing room lockers – we recommend that groups work on the provision of one locker for every 2 people in their booking. Locker prices start from £2.

Sandcastle Waterpark group rates are available to Primary and Secondary schools.

Water safety ratios must be adhered to for all groups. If your group comprises weak or non swimmers we advise you to speak to a member of our team prior to booking on the number of adults required to accompany your group.

Photography Notice – Events Involving Children, Schools and Charities

To ensure transparency and follow best practices, we kindly ask that you review our photography policy when arranging events involving schools, charities, or where children will be present without their parents.

This policy is designed to:

• Provide the lead organiser with clear guidelines regarding photography.
• Support informed decisions about what is in the best interest of the children involved.
• Allow time, if needed, to obtain parental consent.

Please Note:

This policy does not affect our standard photography process unless we receive specific instructions from the booking party.

• It applies only to photo retrieval and association in events where we do not directly manage permissions.
• This is a best practice recommendation, not a mandatory requirement.
• It is an opt-out policy—no formal response is needed unless you wish to opt out. Simply reviewing the document is sufficient.
