CUSTOMER NOTICE: TEMPORARY CLOSURE DUE TO POWER OUTAGE

We regret to inform you that due to an unexpected power outage, Sandcastle Waterpark will be unable to open today (23-03-25). Our team is working diligently to resolve the issue, and we look forward to welcoming you back as soon as possible.

Sandcastle Waterpark will be issuing all guests with a full refund, and welcome you to re-book for a future date. We would like to kindly refer guests to email admin@sandcastle-waterpark.co.uk with any queries they may have.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
