I don’t want to go in the pools or on the slides – do I need a ticket?

All guests wanting to go into the Waterpark are required to purchase an admission ticket at the advertised price. As per our safeguarding policy, nobody is admitted without a ticket. There is no separate area for spectators, our Waterpark is an open plan facility. Please ensure that you are purchasing enough tickets to cover each member of your party that is wanting to enter the Waterpark. For those not wanting to purchase an admission ticket they may utilise the Reception area at the front of our building where there is comfortable seating, wi-fi and a Café.

To book a locker, simply scan the QR codes at Admissions before entering the changing rooms. Pre‑booking is recommended to make your visit smoother. If you need any help, please ask a member of staff.

We do not hire swimwear or towels therefore we advise that you bring your own. Alternatively, our well stocked Swimwear Shop stocks a range of swimwear, towels, floatation devices, goggles, toiletries and accessories to buy.

Sandcastle Waterpark is a cashless venue. We accept all major credit and debit cards. For convenience whilst inside our Waterpark, you can make use of our Splash Cash facility – simply upload money onto a wristband which can then be used to purchase items from our Food, Beverage, Retail and Ride Photography outlets . Any unused monies will be returned to your card when you return your wristband on departure.

Yes – swim nappies are available to purchase from Reception and also our Swimwear Shop. In the interests of public hygiene – all babies and toddlers (that need to wear them) should be wearing swim nappies when in our pools and at all times.

Sandcastle Waterpark has a range of Vegetarian and Gluten free options available from our Food and Beverage outlets details of which, can be found on the food and drink pages of this website (menus and allergen Information available). For guests with specific requirements or allergies, please speak to a member of our team before ordering. Our team will be happy to advise based on your Individual needs.

The wave pool is the deepest of our pools at 1.8m (gently sloping from zero entry). The landing pools for our waterslides and the fun pool/action river area is 1m deep and the run outs on our Master Blaster, Montazooma, Aztec Falls and Treetops Water Chute slides are approximately 30cm in depth (1 foot).

Our Changing Village will close 30 minutes after the Waterpark closes i.e. if the Waterpark closes at 5pm, the Changing Village will close at 5.30pm.
