External clothing is NOT permitted in any of our pools. In the interests of health and safety and providing the best standards of hygiene, guests wearing anything deemed to be classed as non swimwear will be asked to change. Please ensure you read our policy below relating to swimwear.
To minimise time in the Changing Village, wherever possible, please arrive beach ready. Some of our guests, particularly younger guests, arrive with their swimming attire under their clothing, changing is a case of storing all outdoor clothing and bags in your locker and making your way into the Waterpark to enjoy your visit. This reduces the amount of time spent in the Changing Village.
When your session in the Waterpark has ended and your wristband colour is called, please make your way to the Changing Village for departure. Showers are available to use (we have built an additional shower block in the Changing Village and added additional vanity areas for your use) prior to departure, however, we ask that you change and depart as swiftly as possible to help us maintain social distancing at every opportunity.
